Orange Municipal Airport
Reconstruct Runway 1-19
The Orange Municipal Airport (ORE) is a public use general aviation airport located North of the Quabbin Reservoir in Massachusetts.
The Runway 1-19 reconstruction project was designed to replace the runway as the last major rehabilitation of the runway took place over 20 years ago.
The project scope of work included the following elements:
• Construction of a new Access road with box culvert
• Approach tree clearing
• Reconstruction of of Runway 1-19 (approx. 5,000’ x 75’)
• Grooving Runway 1-19
• Installation of runway pavement markings
ASG was responsible for completing the design and construction/project management for this $3.8M construction project.
