New Terminal Building Design Study
The New Bedford Regional Airport (EWB) is an FAA Part 139 certificated commercial service airport located in southeastern Massachusetts and is a transportation gateway to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. The current airport terminal building and airport constructed over 65 years ago.
In light of this, the airport started a process to begin designing a new airport terminal building expected to be constructed in 2028 in an effort to revitalize the airport. The terminal building was designed by saam architecture.
