Click here to view the current existing ALP drawing. This existing conditions sheet serves as the basis of the ALP drawing set. Information on this sheet includes the physical layout of the existing airport and of the existing physical facilities developed thereon, as well as building and facilities data, runway and taxiway systems, NAVAID critical areas, the outline of various airspace surfaces, buildings, topography, roads and parking areas, and the airport boundary. An update of this ALP drawing will be completed as part of the ongoing Master Plan Update.

Aviation Activity Forecasts

Aviation activity forecasts are a critical element of an airport master plan. The forecasts form the basis for effective airport planning decisions and are used:

• to provide an initial timetable for facility improvements
• as a basis for the development of alternative concepts to meet the projected demand
• as a basis for environmental analyses, and economic and financial plans

Examples of the types of aviation activity projected in the forecasts include enplaned passengers and aircraft operations. Typically, aviation activity forecasts for purposes of an airport master plan span a period of 20 years. For purposes of this Master Plan Update, the base year for the forecasts is 2010, with projections developed through 2030.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) must approve the master plan forecasts prior to further work on the Master Plan study. Activity forecasts approved by the FAA will be included for reference on this website. Detailed information regarding the development of the forecasts will be documented in the Master Plan Update report. Click here to view a DRAFT copy of the Forecast Technical Memo.
